Quality Condenser Coils for Effective Heat Transfer

Improve the effectiveness of the cooling equipment you install or service with products from ACP. We offer top-quality condenser coils that optimize all types of refrigeration machines. Additionally, coil construction is available for condenser, desuperheater, and reheat applications.

Condenser

This coil takes the superheated vapor from the compressor and cools that vapor down to saturation. Then, it completely condenses the vapor into liquid and continues to subcool the resulting liquid to a desired temperature below saturation.

Reheat

This is a hot gas reheat coil which takes the superheated vapor from the compressor and cools the vapor down to saturation. It then continues to condense a requested percentage of that vapor to a liquid.

Desuperheater

This coil takes the superheated vapor from the compressor and cools that vapor down to a requested temperature above saturation.

MARC Unit

The Modular Auxiliary Removable Coil Unit (MARC) holds any of the coil types that we manufacture. All seams are sealed with silicone and weather-stripping to ensure a leak-free case. What makes the MARC different from any other cased coil unit is the ability to remove the coil through an access panel. Each MARC unit is custom built to meet your specific application.

Benefits

  • Replaces coil sections in existing air handlers
  • Good application for tight spaces or small door access where modular construction would be required (cruise ships)
  • Addition of heating /cooling to make-up air units
  • Auxiliary/supplemental heating or cooling
