Enhance Heating Systems with Premium Booster Coils

Proper heat transfer is the main focus of the HVAC equipment you install or service. At ACP, we provide the ideal stock, fluid, and booster coils to ensure this process is effective. The incorporation of the coils we provide into your project will make HVAC equipment fully functional.

Fluid Coils

Cooling applications are most commonly used in chilled fluid systems for comfort conditioning of a forced air stream and in process systems for dehumidification processes. A large variety of drainable circuiting options makes this a good choice for most general heat transfer applications. As their name suggests, fluid coils are designed for use with water, glycols, brines, thermal oils, or ammonia.

  • Tubing: 3/8" or 1/2" O.D. Copper, 5/8" O.D. Copper, Cupronickel, Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, or Admiralty Brass
  • Circuiting: Quarter, Half, Three Quarter, Single, One-and-One-Half, Double, Triple, or Custom
  • Rows: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12
  • Fin Surface: Sine Wave (Corrugated), New Ripple (Peak and Valley), or Flat
  • Casing: Galvanized Steel, Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Copper, or Aluminum
  • Connections: Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Red Brass, or Copper Sweat (MPT, FPT, Victaulic, Grooved, or Welded)
  • Vents and Drains: Standard on All Coils
Fluid Coils

Booster Coils

Booster coils are duct-mounted reheat coils that are used in general heating applications. These booster coils are provided with a variety of casing configurations, including fully flanged, slip and drive, or end plates only.

  • Tubing: 3/8" or 1/2" O.D. Copper, 5/8" O.D. Copper, Cupronickel, Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, or Admiralty Brass
  • Type: Single or Double
    Rows: 1, 2
  • Fin Surface: Sine Wave (Corrugated), New Ripple (Peak and Valley), or Flat
  • Casing: Galvanized Steel, Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Copper, or Aluminum
  • Connections: Copper Sweat, Carbon Steel, or Stainless Steel;
  • Vents & Drains: 1/8" Dole Vent and Drain

Our selection includes 74 different face area sizes ranging from 6 x 6 to 30 x 60. This extensive inventory allows us to meet a wide range of heating and cooling applications. Two casing styles, Slip and Drive and Fully Flanged, are available.

ST Features

We offer 17 different face area sizes ranging from 12 x 12 to 30 x 60, enabling us to meet a wide range of heating applications. Casing is pitched for vertical or horizontal airflow.

ST Construction

  • Fins: .0095" Die Formed Rippled Aluminum Plate Fins
  • Casing: Casing is pitched for vertical or horizontal airflow.
